The Independent Universe Web Site was bought and paid for by one person.
When a small number of us started this many many years ago the comics industry and the internet barely paid attention to indpendent publishers, and hardly anyone took the time and trouble to review all these great (and not so great) comics.
Thankfully that has change and I'd like to think that in some small way we had something to do with it.
Now We'd like your help
We did our very best to bring you this website, make it easy to find, and hopefully easy to use. Unfortunately, none of that was free.

- Publishers: Whenever possible please send us review copies of your book. At $2 to $3 a piece the amount of review material I can purchase is extremely limited. Click here for submission information.
- Illustrators: We desparately need your help. Presently we are looking for retro-space illustrations for the front page of this site. We will credit your work and provide you with a link on our links page (under development).
